Heirship risk resolution

Heirship gaps are one of the biggest title risks at the mineral level. We close them.

  • Lineage & interest verification. Genealogy and title research across land records, probate files and death certificates to confirm exactly who owns what, down to the decimal interest.
  • Heir contact & negotiation. We find the heirs and mineral owners, explain what is needed, and get curative documents signed (AOHs, leases, consents, ratifications).
  • Package assembly. Complete heirship packages with deeds, probate records, AOHs and flowcharts, indexed and formatted for county recording.
  • File management. Live tracking of every contact, document and status, across active and closed files.
